Building Control
Before your property renovation can begin in earnest, the design needs to be approved by building control. This is usually conducted by your Local Authority, though there are private firms that will conduct the work for a fee. Whoever is assessing the design, we work closely with building control, providing our professional insight where needed and doing what we can to get the blueprints approved.
