Building Control
Once your new build has been designed and received planning permission from the Local Authority, it needs to be sent to building control for their approval. This requires several weeks of preparation and additional technical drawings from your architects to prove the new property will be structurally sound. While we are not directly part of this process, we work closely with building control, offering our own professional insight, if needed, and doing what we can to ensure a positive result for our customers.
